booking

No, you can rent our flats for as little as 1 night. However, most of our guests book long-term stays - often for several weeks or months. 

It's very simple!

You can book directly here , write to us via our contact form or send us an e-mail to mail@urbanlodge.at.

After you confirm our offer or receive your reservation confirmation, you can conveniently pay for your stay by bank transfer or credit card.

For long-term stays of 91 days or more, we also offer the option of paying monthly in advance.

We accept the following payment methods:
bank transfer, credit and debit card, cash payment, cryptocurrencies

Not for direct bookings, which include all costs, taxes, and duties.

However, bookings made via third-party booking platforms may be subject to additional fees. We thank you in advance for your understanding that we can not show these fees on our invoices.

Each guest receives an invoice in PDF format by e-mail.

If you need a company invoice, please let us know the company name and any other information, that should be included on the invoice, before your arrival.

To make you feel at home, you will find fresh bed linen & towels, soap & shampoo in all apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery).

In addition, each apartment has a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Super Nintendo game console, washer-dryer, ironing board and iron. Furthermore, our apartments have air conditioning, underfloor heating and a balcony (except Family & Friends Apartment).

Yes, you can rent parking spaces (subject to availability) for a fee of €15/night. These are located about 100m from the Urban Lodge. Due to limited availability: first come first served!

ATTENTION! Parking around the building is allowed only to residents.

For stays shorter than 21 nights: we clean apartments only after departure. You are welcome to borrow a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.

For stays of 21 nights or more: we clean apartments every two weeks. This includes all surfaces and floors of the living and sleeping area, as well as the bathroom. The kitchen is excluded from the intermediate cleaning - the cleaning of the kitchen is your responsibility.

Towels and bed linen are also changed in the course of cleaning. If you need fresh towels and bed linen earlier, you are welcome to discuss this with us.

IMPORTANT! Please do not wash them yourself in your apartment.

By the way, the final cleaning is already included in the price of your stay.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a washer-dryer, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board. This gives you the opportunity to wash and dry your clothes at any time.

Yes and all apartments on the upper floors are accessible barrier-free the lift. The apartments on the mezzanine (half floor) are accessible via a few steps.

Please inform us in advance of any special needs.

No, all flats in the Urban Lodge are smoke-free and equipped with a smoke detector. If your apartment has a balcony, you will find an ashtray there.

Should we become aware that smoking has taken place in an apartment, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee in the amount of one night's accommodation - but at least € 150.

No, for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in our apartments, even temporarily.
In case of questions or urgent matters or if you need assistance, you can reach us by email, phone or SMS/WhatsApp (you will receive a contact number with your booking confirmation).

On site

Since the Urban Lodge is not a hotel, there is also no reception. You can reach us by phone daily from 8:00 to 18:00. Outside these hours you can reach us by e-mail.

Guests on site will receive additional information on how to reach us in case of emergency or other exceptional situations.

Your apartment will be at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

We will not be personally present at your arrival, this will be done contactless. Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all relevant information for your self-check-in and stay  including codes that allow you to enter the Urban Lodge and take your electronic access cards from a key safe.

Please make sure that you provide us with your correct email address and mobile phone number.

Your apartment will be at your disposal until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Since your stay at the Urban Lodge has already been paid before arrival, an express check-out is automatically available to you. Just drop your room cards in the silver box on the ground floor next to the entrance door to the office.

Your digital key on your smartphone will automatically expire on the day of departure.

You need your apartment on the day of arrival before 15:00 or on the day of departure longer than 11:00?

Depending on availability, you can check into your apartment as early as 8:00 or use it until 18:00 for an extra charge of 50% of the overnight rate. For an extra charge of 75%, you can check in earlier and check out later.

If you would like to check in before 8:00 on the day of arrival or use the apartment after 18:00 on the day of departure, you are welcome to book an additional night before or after.
