No, you can rent our apartments from 1 night. However, most of our guests book for a long-term stay, often for several weeks or months.

After confirmation of your offer or receipt of your reservation confirmation you have the possibility to pay your stay by bank transfer or credit card.
For long-term stays over 91 days we also offer the possibility to pay the stay monthly in advance.

No. For direct bookings, our offers include all costs, taxes and levies.
When booking via booking platforms, these may charge additional fees. We thank you in advance for your understanding that we cannot show these fees on our invoices.

If you need a company invoice, we thank you for informing us of the company name and all other information that should be shown on the invoice at the latest upon arrival.

To give you a home-like feeling, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils), crockery, glasses and cutlery in all apartments.
We provide fresh bed linen and towels as well as TV, WIFI, Super Nintendo Classic, balcony (*except Family & Friends), washing machine and dryer, iron and air conditioning.
Yes, for a fee of €15/night you can rent one of five available parking spaces. These are located about 100m from the Urban Lodge.
For the public parking spaces on the street you need a parking ticket*. This can be obtained e.g. from the ticket machine of the U2-Station Messe-Prater.

If you are our guest for less than 21 nights, we will clean your apartment after your departure.
You are welcome to borrow a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.
If you stay at least 21 nights, your apartment will be cleaned every two weeks. This includes all surfaces and floors of the living and sleeping area as well as the bathroom.
The kitchen is excluded from the intermediate cleaning - the cleaning of the kitchens is your responsibility.
Towels and bed linen are also changed during the cleaning. If you would like to change your towels and bed linen earlier or more regularly, you are welcome to do this independently at our office.
Please do not wash these yourself in your apartment.
The final cleaning is already included in the price of your stay.
Yes. All apartments are equipped with a washer-dryer. This gives you the opportunity to wash and dry your clothes at any time. You will also find a clothes horse, iron and ironing board in your apartment.
Yes, all apartments on the upper floors are accessible by lift.
The apartments in the mezzanine (mezzanine) can be reached via a few steps. Please inform us in advance about special needs.
No. All apartments at the Urban Lodge are smoke-free and equipped with a smoke detector. If your apartment has a balcony, you will find an ashtray there.
Should we become aware that smoking has taken place in an apartment, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning flat rate amounting to an overnight rate of at least € 150.
No. For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in our apartments, not even temporarily.
Our office is located on the ground floor of the Urban Lodge. Usually you will find a personal contact person there daily between 9 and 16 o'clock. If you do not meet anybody, you can reach us by phone or e-mail.

The Urban Lodge is not a hotel, therefore there is no reception. You can reach us by telephone daily from 8:00 to 18:00. Outside these times you can reach us by email or Facebook messenger.
Guests on site will receive additional information on how to contact us in an emergency or other exceptional situation.
Our office is located on the ground floor of the Urban Lodge. As a rule, you will find a personal contact person there daily between 9 and 16 o'clock. If you do not meet anybody, you can reach us by phone or e-mail.
Your apartments are available for you on the day of arrival from 3 pm.
Our claim is to receive you personally. For this reason we ask you to inform us in advance about your planned arrival time.
If we are not able to welcome you personally, we will send you codes via SMS or e-mail on the day of arrival at the latest. These codes will allow you to enter the Urban Lodge and remove your electronic access cards from a key safe.
Please make sure you give us your correct e-mail address and mobile number.
Your apartments are available for you until 11 am on the day of departure.
As your stay at the Urban Lodge is paid on arrival at the latest, an express check-out is automatically available to you.
Simply throw your room cards into the silver box on the ground floor next to the office entrance door.
Your digital key on your smartphone expires on the day of departure
You need your apartment on the day of arrival already before 15 o'clock or on the day of departure longer than 11 o'clock?
Subject to availability and for a surcharge of 50% of the overnight rate, you can move into your apartment from 8 am or use it until 6 pm. For an additional charge of 75% you can check in earlier and check out later.
If you want to move into the apartment before 8 am on the day of arrival or after 6 pm on the day of departure, you are welcome to book the night before or after.
