The protection of your data is important to us

We process your data in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations and the following principles:

We follow the principle of data minimisation. This means that we collect, process and use as little personal data as possible.

Insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, implementation or termination of a contractual or quasi-contractual customer relation, we will collect, process and use your personal data.

In all other cases, we will collect, process, and use your personal data only with your prior consent and only for the purpose and to the extent specified in the consent. For instance, we will only inform you about our products and services with your prior permission.

You can withdraw your consent with future effect at any time. We will delete your data after receiving your withdrawal. You can send your withdrawal to the following address:

Email: office@kolarik.at or
Postal address: Kolarik im Prater GmbH | Prater 128 | 1020 Vienna

When using our website, personal data may be automatically processed. This includes, in particular, the name of your provider, your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you use, as well as the websites you visit – including any search terms – and the websites from which you visit us on the Internet. In all of the aforementioned cases, the processing is anonymous. This means that the data can not be connected to your person (= identification).

When using our websites, small data may be created and stored on your computer (so-called "cookies"). We use cookies to facilitate or improve the use of our website.

Our cookies allow identification of returning users during their visit on our website without storing any personal data. In order to provide you with an optimal service, we use both session cookies and permanent cookies.

The data stored in permanent cookies (storage period of 2 years) is used to enable you to use our website as comfortably as possible – during and beyond the current visit – and is used by us only for this purpose.

Deactivating these cookies does not affect the usability of our website.

The data stored in session cookies is only valid for your current visit on our website. This data is designed to enable you to use our services without restriction and to use our website as comfortably as possible while you are visiting it.

If session cookies are disabled, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use all of our services without restriction.

If you do not want cookies, you can change your browser settings (for information, see the help function in the menu bar of your Internet browser). You can remove cookies already stored on your computer by deleting temporary websites.

Our website contains references (links) to external social networks such as Facebook ("social plugins"). The functions assigned to the links, in particular the transmission of information and user data, are not already activated by visiting our website, but only by clicking on the links. After clicking on these links, the plugins of the corresponding networks are activated and your browser establishes a direct connection with their servers.

If you click on the links while visiting our website, your user data may be transmitted to the corresponding network and processed by the network. If you click on the links while visiting our website and are logged in to the network via your personal user account (account) at the same time, the information that you have visited our website may be forwarded to the network and stored there in connection with your account. To prevent an assignment to your account with the corresponding network, you must log out of your account before clicking on the link.

For the purpose and scope of data collection by the social networks, as well as the further processing and use of your data there, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant network. The respective social network is solely responsible for the data processing that starts when you click on the link.

The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out by ourselves and - unless we have expressly excluded this - also by other companies of Kolarik im Prater GmbH or service providers commissioned by us. In the latter two cases, we will ensure that group companies and service providers comply with the relevant statutory data protection regulations and the obligations arising from this data protection notice. Service providers may be commissioned, for example, in connection with the dispatch of goods or advertising materials or in the case of competitions.

Apart from that, no third party has access to your personal data. In particular, we will not sell or otherwise exploit them. We will only process the data in response to official or legal requirements and in the event of statutory notification obligations, in particular by transferring it to government agencies.

We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, alteration, theft or access by unauthorized third parties.

We are not interested in the targeted collection of personal data concerning children under the age of 15. If we become aware that such data has been transmitted to us without the consent of the parents or other legal guardians, we will delete it immediately. In doing so, we rely on corresponding information from you as parents or guardians.

We will delete your personal data if the business purpose associated with the data has ceased to exist or if the relevant statutory data protection rules require this. For example, we will delete data collected for a competition after it has ended, unless you have consented to any further collection, processing and use of your data. In the case of consent, we will delete your data after revocation or discontinuation of the purpose of consent (item 2.).

At your request, we will block personal data in whole or in part. For this purpose, you inform us to what extent and for how long the blocking should take place. As far as technically possible, you can exclude the processing and use of your data for certain areas in this way.

Our Internet pages may contain hyperlinks, i.e. electronic cross-references via which the Internet pages of other companies can be accessed. This data protection notice does not apply to these linked websites, but only to the data protection provisions there.

We always keep this data protection notice up to date. Therefore, it may be necessary to adapt the data protection notice to changed framework conditions of a factual or legal nature. These adjustments are accepted with the use of our Internet pages.
